Honda Accessories

Honda accessories Honda Racing F1 Team, which entered Formula 1 Grand Prix racing in 1963, is based in Brackley, United Kingdom, and its current drivers are Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello. The team is run by Japanese car manufacturer Honda and uses the facilities of former British American Racing, which was fully acquired by Honda in 2005.
Honda engines are built at the Honda R&D facility in Tochigi, Japan, and the team, which still uses the same predominantly white livery used in the sport in the 1960s, is led by Nick Fry.

From their introduction into the Formula one world they were introducing new ideas, and new technologies to the sport, with their Japanese technical team! Teams were astonished by the fact that Honda built their own engines and chassis, this was something only Ferrari and the British Racing Motor group (BRM) were able to do.
They received their first podium finish only two years after entering the sport, with Ginther's, an American driver at the time, in the Mexican Grand Prix.
However hondas success was short felt as they left the F1 as a constructor in 1969.
they returned as an engine supplier in 1993 through Mugen Motorsport, who supplied engines to Ligier, Prost and Jordan.
Honda committed its work to BAR in 2000, creating their engine and in 2004 honda bought 45% of the BAR constructor team, and in September of 2005 they purchased the remaining 55% of the company to become the sole owner.
Honda have built on the success of the BAR team and have great expectations for the future.
