Barcelona football club are one of the biggest in the Spanish region. They have many titles to their name, the most recent is the 2005 – 2006 champions league winners.
Along with Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao they have never been relegated from the premier division in Spain.
The club play their home matches at Camp Nou with their fans going by the name “Culers”

The club was founded in 1899 and the current coach is Frank Rijkaard with Joan Laporta being the club chairman.

The colours the team play in are maroon and blue strips, matched with blue shorts and socks. The club's away kit is a lot more plain, with a basic orange jersey with orange shorts and socks.

Barcelona and Real Madrid have a very competitive rivalery.  Every time they meet the two cities hold their breath for 'El Clasico'. 
These are the two strongest teams within Spain and also have two huge fan followings, and on match days the atmosphere is electric and tickets are extremely hard to come by!
